BioAfter completing his orthopaedic training and military service, Dr. Graf, in 1971, began a general practice of orthopaedic surgery with a special area of interest in hand surgery. During his residency training he was influenced by his professor in developing and pursuing engineering and biomechanical disciplines to an understanding of trauma, particularly as related to automotive trauma. He feels a particular responsibility to provide care for military personnel and their dependents. In addition to a commitment to the basic science foundations of orthopaedic surgery, he maintains and advances his skills in arthroscopic surgery for shoulder and knee, applying current techniques to the care of his patients.
