Short Biography or Curriculum Vitae:	Professional engineer with 35 years' experience in agricultural, lawn/garden, and grounds maintenance equipment. 26 years on university faculties in research, teaching, and extension plus 9 years managing a product R&D department for a lawn and garden company. Concurrent consulting work assisting attorneys. Currently Professor of Agricultural Engineering, Louisiana State University AgCenter; Adjunct Professor, Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering, LSU; and Adjunct Professor, Department of Horticulture, LSU.
Education, Certifications, Awards, etc.:	BS (1967), MS (1968), and PhD (1970) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Missouri. Registered Professional Engineer (Ohio). Active member of American Society of Agricultural Engineers and American Society for Horticultural Science. Have chaired several technical committees. Over 100 refereed journal articles in field, plus several hundred other articles and papers.
Areas of Expertise:	Types of products include tractors, agricultural implements and machinery, lawn mowers, lawn and garden equipment, and grounds maintenance equipment. Consulting engineering in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, patents, product performance, and advertising.
