Mr. Cauthen, founder of New World Marketing, Inc. vision was based on his impressive execution of senior corporate management assignments. His extensive marketing and management expertise and his well-honed leadership abilities led to the 1997 launching of New World Marketing, Inc.
Mr. Cauthen evolved New World Marketing, Inc. into an elite group of senior executives, with 180 years plus experience were unmatched in today?s markets. NWM accomplishments throughout the industry were well known in creating products, Internet distribution, producer?s distribution and multi-consolidation expertise. NWM clients have the added value of diverse resources and endless opportunities.
From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Cauthen served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American General Life Insurance Company. In 1999 Cauthen assumed the additional leadership responsibilities of Vice Chairman and CEO of American General Life Insurance Company of New York, and Chairman of American General Securities Incorporated.
First Financial Resources; President and CEO, and later Chairman
Mr. Cauthen managed 120 branch offices, staffed by premier life insurance professionals. He coordinated marketing relationships between producers and six of the country?s largest financial services companies.

Mr. Cauthen?s management scope encompassed four divisional offices and 54 branch offices; $260 million in new annuity and life premiums were reported.
The Travelers Insurance Company; Regional Vice President
Mr. Cauthen managed sales and marketing operations for five states: seven regional offices, four state managers, and a total of 500 employees. His efforts produced $380 million in casualty premium and $50 million of life premiums. Mr. Cauthen was the youngest RVP in Travelers Insurance history.
Financial Sales Manager
Mr. Cauthen was responsible for statewide sales for life, health, and equity products through independent agents and brokers. In North Carolina, volume grew from $32 million too more than $130 million. While assigned to Delaware, state production tripled, from $50 million to $150 million. Mr. Cauthen?s successes led to Travelers? paid premium ranking rising from 50th to 5th place.
