Our Services
Witness Search maintains a web site (WitnessSearch.com) that contains an expanding
directory list of expert witnesses that can be searched at no cost.
Many of the listed expert witnesses have several years of experience and can
be contacted directly. Each annual listing on WitnessSearch.com also
includes a full listing on ExpertWitnessSearch.com,
our other full-service expert witness directory. Attorneys and other legal professionals
will be able to find your listing and contact you directly. Both of our directories
contain several experts in such fields as accident prevention, accounting, due
diligence, mapractice, engineering, weather & meteorology, finance, business,
fraud, litigation, architecture, arson and construction. Our goal is to provide
anyone who is seeking a qualified expert witness for any purpose with an effective
and easy way to contact them from a wide variety of categories. Many of the
experts listed can be contacted for a free initial consultation.
For experts that would like to advertise their services on WitnessSearch.com
and ExpertWitnessSearch.com,
we offer a full 12-month annual listing in both directories for only
$75. We will remind you when your expert listing is due to expire via e-mail.

renewed. Your satisfaction is guaranteed and you may make as many changes as
you like to your listing at no extra cost. A sample listing is available here.

Government agencies, legislative panels and private industry
frequently use experts to provide opinions for past, present or future events.
The expert provides specialized information that aids in the understanding of
the evidence or facts in a dispute. The opinions are normally used for
preliminary investigations, depositions, mediations, hearings and trials.
In addition to federal and state courts, experts are also called upon by local
governing agencies and municipal courts to provide expertise in such areas as
zoning, building code, public health, safety, environmental science, traffic
and construction. Cases where experts are called upon can involve administrative
law, constitutional law, contract law, criminal-related matters, trusts and
probate law, insurance law, labor disputes, copyright and trademark infringement,
tort law and taxation.
